With over thirty years in and around concrete products, Mr. Fenelon holds several construction related patents and is currently the principle of a national pigment company. Terry has experience pioneering concrete products and successfully bringing them to market on a national scale. He is a long time member of CSI and AIA.

Todd Scharich

Todd owns and operates a decorative concrete distribution company based in Michigan. He is known in the decorative concrete industry as an innovative trainer, creating the first state sponsored decorative certification class in the United States. Todd is an annual speaker at the World of Concrete and has traveled internationally to consult on large decorative installations and provide unique training solutions.

Jennifer Hildebrand

Jennifer Hildebrand has been involved in the erosion and sediment industry for over 18 years. She has a master’s degree in Business Administration from Augsburg College, and specializes in compliance strategies within the stormwater market. She is a registered Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control and a registered Certified Professional in Stormwater Quality. She is a registered Certified Erosion, Sediment, and Stormwater Inspector. She is also a Certified Inspector for Sediment and Erosion Control.

Tom Vaughn

Tom Vaughn is the principle of a consulting firm specializing in new product development and bringing new products to the marketplace. For more than 35 years he has worked as a chemist and other technical positions developing and marketing cement based mortars, grouts and repair products for the construction industry. Tom has shared his technical insights on a national basis through numerous articles, training seminars and presentations. He has also been an active participant in the National Tile Contractors Association technical committee and worked to construct installation guidelines for the Tile Council of North America.
